and im finally beginning to feel like a real nurse!! my nurse and patients looooved me!! Its so nice to put smile on the faces of these people who have been hospitalized for awhile. its so nice to finally practice things without restriction other than supervision and without an instructor breathing down your neck  and im finally going back to practice in the ER next week!! FINALLYYYYY 

i wanna practice those IVs!! and start knocking out all the other skills i havent done! gahhh nursing can be so exciting!! :D

that im reeeeeaaaaallyyyyy liking my new clinical site :]   im placed in DOU this week and next week and i love the nurses in there!! <3  i was there earlier to pick out a patient and they were all helping me out in there trying to decide which pt i can learn best from <33333

but i’ll be in ER the week after then med surg after that and its not the same nurses. Theresa went there to pick out her patient and there was a LOT less interaction with the charge nurse and everything, which is the reality for now. But i just like the vibe in DOU :]

this is such an improvement after manning!! i think i hate her just as much or maybe even more than the worst manager i ever had working in retail and i really hated her.
